Application Programmer Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of custom applications, the full-time salaried Application Programmer Analyst III will support public health initiatives through software development, data analytics, and collaboration with stakeholders in a primarily onsite role.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of custom applications and systems using modern programming languages and frameworks
• Guide projects through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering through deployment and support
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of related experience in full-stack application development
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C#, and JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with SQL and cloud or DevOps environments
• Ability to mentor and lead team members in a collaborative development environment
