Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for client projects
• Lead Agile ceremonies and facilitate backlog grooming sessions
• Collaborate with technical teams to address challenges and ensure project alignment

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in Technical Project Management
• Strong background in software development, preferably with Java
• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
• Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, or Trello
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are a plus
