Application Security Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance software security, the full-time remote Application Security Analyst will perform application security assessments, integrate security testing into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with engineering teams to secure AI/ML components.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform application security assessments using SCA, SAST, and interactive testing tools
- Integrate security testing into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps) and automate repetitive security tasks
- Partner with developers to remediate vulnerabilities and improve secure coding practices
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Application Security or Product Security
- Hands-on experience with secure code scanning tools such as SCA and SAST
- Strong knowledge of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and experience securing APIs and microservices
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and basic understanding of AI/ML systems
- Scripting skills in Python or Bash
