Application Security Analyst
Job Summary
To support the automation and operationalization of Secure Software Development Lifecycle processes, the full-time contract Application Security Risk & Automation Analyst will integrate security into development workflows, enhance vulnerability remediation, and manage security findings using GitLab and automation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate application security findings and support risk-based prioritization and false-positive reduction
- Configure and maintain GitLab security approval workflows and security enforcement gates
- Build and maintain automation for security finding enrichment, correlation, and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Application Security concepts and the OWASP Top 10
- Hands-on experience with SAST, DAST, SCA, Container Security, and Secrets Detection
- Experience configuring GitLab security controls and integrating security platforms
- Proficiency in using APIs, scripting, and automation to enhance security operations
- Understanding of Secure SDLC, DevSecOps, and software supply chain security
