Application Security Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Application Security Architect with extensive software development and application security experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, guide, and assess security solutions in software projects to ensure security is integrated from the start
• Perform assessments using tools such as SAST, DAST, and SCA to identify security issues and guide teams in remediation
• Lead Security Development Lifecycle efforts, coordinating secure architecture reviews, secure code reviews, and penetration testing

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in software development and architecture
• 3+ years of experience in software security or information security
• Expertise in application and container security tools such as SAST, DAST, and SCA
• Strong understanding of web application attacks and mitigations, including OWASP Top 10
• A degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
