Application Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Security Engineer to ensure the security of its products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate security controls into the secure SDLC and collaborate with Engineering
• Perform security assessments of applications to identify vulnerabilities
• Assist in the collection and reporting of Application Security metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Application Security across SDLC activities
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines such as FedRAMP, SOC2, ISO 27001
• Experience with multiple programming languages (Python, Go, Scala, C/C++, Javascript/Typescript)
• Working knowledge of at least one major public cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure)
