Application Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Security Engineer to join their product engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary security resource for engineering teams, advising on design decisions and security standards
• Integrate security tooling into CI/CD pipelines and maintain GitHub Advanced Security configurations
• Collaborate with information security teams to secure workloads across Cloudflare and Azure environments

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in application security or secure software development
• Experience with GitHub Advanced Security or equivalent security tooling
• Proficiency in Python and/or Go
• Experience securing SaaS workloads and familiarity with Cloudflare and Azure security controls
• Solid understanding of container security concepts with hands-on Docker experience
