Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Security Engineer to enhance the security of its applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Embed security best practices into the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and provide secure coding guidance
• Conduct threat modeling and security architecture reviews to identify risks and implement security controls
• Implement and manage application security tools and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in application security and secure software development
• Strong knowledge of secure coding practices and common security vulnerabilities
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with security testing tools and DevSecOps principles
• Relevant certifications such as Certified DevSecOps Engineer or CISSP
