Application Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Security Engineer (Veracode) Federal DevSecOps.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and administer SAST and DAST scans using Veracode and manage scan results and reporting
• Conduct hands-on application security assessments using Burp Suite Enterprise and manage findings with development teams
• Integrate security tooling within CI/CD pipelines and support complex authentication testing scenarios

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 6+ years of IT experience; 3+ years in SAST/DAST application security testing
• 2+ years of coding experience in Python, Java, .NET, or C#
• 3+ years designing and implementing enterprise-wide security controls
• U.S. Citizenship required; Public Trust clearance needed
