Application Security Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on SAST/DAST tooling, the full-time Application Security Engineer will implement and manage security measures, integrate security into CI/CD pipelines, and conduct vulnerability assessments while working in a remote-eligible capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, manage, and optimize SAST and DAST tools across multiple application environments
• Integrate automated security testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable DevSecOps practices
• Conduct code reviews and vulnerability assessments to identify and remediate application vulnerabilities

Required qualifications

• Proficient with SAST and DAST tools
• In-depth knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and secure coding practices
• Experience integrating security into CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of web application architecture (APIs, microservices)
• Programming or scripting experience (Java, Python, .NET)
