Application Security Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance application security, the full-time remote Application Security Engineer will coordinate with senior team members to write exploits, discover vulnerabilities, and assist in implementing secure development practices.

Key responsibilities:

• Reproduce and triage incoming vulnerabilities from security automation and bug bounty programs, proposing fixes to engineers
• Discover vulnerabilities and construct exploits for core applications while assisting in the CVE disclosure process
• Provide threat models and design reviews for teams across the company

Required qualifications:

• BSc/MS in computer science or a related field
• 3+ years of industry experience in application security
• Experience reading, writing, and debugging C++ and Python code
• Demonstrable experience with web exploitation techniques and tools
• OSCP/OSWE/OSED/RET2 certification is preferred
