Application Security Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Application Security Engineer, the full-time remote position will focus on coordinating with senior team members to write exploits, discover vulnerabilities, and assist in the CVE disclosure process while implementing secure development practices.

Key responsibilities:

• Reproduce and triage incoming vulnerabilities from security automation and bug bounty programs, proposing fixes to engineers
• Discover vulnerabilities and construct exploits for core applications
• Provide threat models and design reviews for various teams within the company

Required qualifications:

• BSc/MS in computer science or a related field
• 3+ years of industry experience in application security
• Demonstrable experience with web exploitation techniques and tools
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and debugging C++ and Python code
• OSCP/OSWE/OSED/RET2 certification preferred
