Application Security Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Application Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Application Security team, coaching engineers and managing the security roadmap
• Build and implement an automated pen-testing program with AI-assisted testing pipelines
• Design workflows to scale triage processes and conduct red-teaming exercises to enhance security measures

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a security or full-stack engineer, with 2+ years in a management role
• Hands-on experience in application security, including threat modeling and penetration testing
• Proven track record of implementing automation in security or engineering workflows
• Experience operating across the full security lifecycle: prevention, detection, response, and recovery
• Familiarity with fintech, real estate tech, or other regulated domains is preferred
