Application Security Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hands-On Senior Application Security Manager who will lead application security efforts and participate in technical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform security assessments, code reviews, penetration testing, and vulnerability management
• Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to a team of application security engineers and analysts
• Oversee the integration of security practices into all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in application security engineering
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of security professionals
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Extensive experience integrating security into the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines
• Demonstrated expertise in securing containerized applications and environments
