Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hands-On Senior Application Security Manager who will lead application security efforts and mentor the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform security assessments, code reviews, and penetration testing while developing security measures for applications
• Lead and mentor a team of application security engineers, fostering a collaborative environment
• Oversee the integration of security practices into the software development lifecycle and implement security tools within CI/CD pipelines

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in application security engineering
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of security professionals
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Extensive experience integrating security into the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines
• Demonstrated expertise in securing containerized applications and environments
