Application Security Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager / Senior Manager of Application Security to lead a team of security engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and develop a team of application security engineers
• Lead complex application security reviews and provide guidance on security architecture
• Drive security initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Security Operations or related fields, with at least 3 years in application security
• Proven experience leading security-focused teams in a SaaS or product company
• Expert-level understanding of security libraries, controls, and vulnerabilities
• Strong development/scripting skills, with experience in .NET Core, Go, or Python
• Holds at least two relevant security certifications (e.g., CSSLP, OSCP)
