Application Security Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GSSC Application Security Manager who will lead a team focused on application security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the GSSC AppSec team while managing workload effectively
• Own the Customer Penetration Testing & Security Findings program, driving improvements and ensuring efficient execution
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve security vulnerabilities and engage directly with customers regarding their security concerns

Required Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of leadership or relevant experience
• Experience leading teams, large programs, or major initiatives
• Deep application security expertise, including knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and security testing methodologies
• Experience in integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
