Application Security Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GSSC Application Security Manager, People Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and support the GSSC AppSec team while effectively delegating workload
• Own the CPT & SF program end to end, driving continuous improvements and ensuring efficient execution
• Collaborate with internal security and engineering teams to resolve identified security vulnerabilities

Required Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years in leadership or similar experience
• Experience leading teams, large programs, or major initiatives
• Deep application security expertise, including proficiency with the OWASP Top 10 and security testing methodologies
• Experience in leveraging AI in work processes or decision-making
• Bachelor's degree is desired
