Application Services Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Services Engineer - XPRF - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide live support and training for customers on the RF equipment platform
• Act as an interface between customers and application providers to resolve issues and enhance application features
• Document interactions and collaborate with internal teams to address escalated issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Certification may be required in certain areas
• Well-rounded knowledge of multiple systems and types of exams relevant to the modality
• Must be able to support at least 70% of the current product line
• No major product training gaps are allowed
