Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Solutions Specialist to serve as the primary liaison between business users, stakeholders, and technical teams in a federal government environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for application-related needs and enhancement requests
• Conduct system demonstrations and training sessions for users and stakeholders
• Manage and track change requests and user tickets through ServiceNow

Required Qualifications

• Top Secret security clearance fully adjudicated
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for change management and workflow tracking
• Proficiency in Jira for project tracking and cross-functional coordination
• Experience supporting federal government customers in compliance-driven environments
