Job Summary

As the primary liaison between business users and technical teams, the full-time remote Application Solutions Specialist will manage application-related needs, conduct system demonstrations, and drive continuous improvement through documentation and reporting in a federal government environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for application-related inquiries and enhancement requests
  • Translate user stories and requirements into actionable insights while managing change requests and user tickets through ServiceNow
  • Conduct system demonstrations and training sessions for users and stakeholders to ensure alignment with evolving business needs
Required qualifications
  • Top Secret security clearance fully adjudicated
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for change management and workflow tracking
  • Proficiency in Jira for project tracking and operational initiatives
  • Experience supporting federal government customers in compliance-driven environments
