A company is looking for an Application Specialist I to facilitate a great customer experience throughout the application process.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with prospects and sales teams to ensure applications are completed and compliant
• Resolve client concerns and deescalate frustrations related to the application process
• Manage application pipelines and service level agreements (SLAs) to progress deals through the sign-up process

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in creative problem-solving to minimize risk and maximize revenue
• Experience in gathering sensitive information and processing applications
• Ability to maintain a professional attitude and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Background in banking, loan processing, or credit underwriting
• Expertise in client relationship management and customer service
