Job Summary
To support proposal automation initiatives, the contract Application Specialist will develop solutions on the Qvidian platform, focusing on proposal management and workflow configuration while working onsite in Chicago, IL.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and configure solutions using Qvidian Proposal Automation
- Manage the proposal lifecycle, including RFP response and bid management
- Administer workflows and content management on the Ovidian platform
Required qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Qvidian Proposal Automation development and configuration
- Knowledge of proposal and RFP lifecycle management
- Experience with Ovidian workflow, AutoFill, and automation configuration
- Familiarity with proposal governance and approval workflows
- Understanding of security questionnaires and DDQs management
