Application Specialist
Job Summary
Providing technical support and application maintenance, the remote Application Specialist IV will manage the development, configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancement of EFMSS and related software applications to ensure reliable system performance and availability.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support, development, and troubleshooting for EFMSS and other software applications
- Install and implement application releases, updates, and enhancements while maintaining application configurations
- Collect and validate requirements for application enhancements and support application interfaces with external systems
Required qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in supporting, maintaining, configuring, or troubleshooting enterprise applications
- Experience in application operations and maintenance within a production environment
- Proficiency in troubleshooting application defects and performance issues
- Experience with application interfaces, databases, or web-based applications
- Ability to successfully pass a background investigation
