Key Responsibilities

• Manage tasks related to TriZetto Facets application implementation, enhancement, and support
• Produce documentation and oversee various types of testing for system builds
• Provide training, support, and participate in team on-call rotation for 24/7 assistance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience required
• 3+ years of TriZetto Facets experience highly preferred
• Experience in system build documentation and adherence to change management policies
• Understanding of integration and technical requirements of related peripherals and devices
