- Basic understanding of email receipt and delivery (POP, IMAP, SMTP)
- Knowledge of email deliverability techniques such as SPF/DKIM authentication
- Working knowledge of REST APIs and integration with customer solutions
- Foundational understanding of Cloud Computing technologies and various operating systems
