Job Summary
Application Support Analyst, a full-time remote position focused on delivering customer service and application support while diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and application support in line with defined service levels
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer issues using a customer-centric approach
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- High-level understanding of supported applications, features, and functionality
- Proficiency in scripting languages or automation tools
- Familiarity with database systems and querying
- Experience working with SaaS environments or cloud-based applications
