Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst in the IT department for a remote, direct hire position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with internal business teams and outside vendors
- Handle enterprise application tickets and escalate as needed
- Assist in testing upgrades on applications
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of application support and/or ERP support experience
- Prior work experience with SQL
- 2 or 4-year degree in computer science or related field
