Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst responsible for providing support for enterprise applications used by the Business Process as a Service Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivers support for applications, responding to technical questions and problems
  • Communicates and collaborates with Business Users, Software Development Team, and Management
  • Participates in design, testing, and documentation of applications, including upgrades and bug fixes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proven track record of excellence
  • Passionate about technology and learning new technologies
  • 3-5 years of experience in software development, reporting, and application support preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus
