Application Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst - EPIC MyChart.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide routine healthcare information system and application support
• Assist end users with navigating the patient portal and resolve incidents and service requests
• Create and maintain training documentation and analyze application workflow improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Information Technology, Healthcare, Business, or related field
• One year of relevant experience in application support, hardware, or interface preferred
• IT certification must be obtained within six months of hire if applicable
• Experience with mobile applications and software development is preferred
• Basic knowledge of ITIL philosophies and state/federal regulations is helpful
