Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst - Healthcare IT.

Key Responsibilities

Triage and resolve incoming ServiceNow tickets related to supported applications
Maintain and support multiple systems or complex software applications across client sites
Collaborate virtually with colleagues across departments and client practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience (including 1 year technical experience) or Associate's degree and 7 years of experience (including 1 year technical experience)
Proven experience in systems analysis and technical support
Exposure to both custom-developed and vendor-supplied applications
Familiarity with system design principles and software development methodologies
Healthcare IT experience highly desired
