Application Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain mission-critical application systems for the Department of Veterans Affairs
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and analyze systems to ensure reliability and performance
• Participate in an on-call rotation for system support

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 3 years of experience
• Authorization to work in the US and residency for the last 3 consecutive years
• Ability to obtain a lower to moderate level security clearance
• 1+ years of experience with SQL and relational database systems, preferably Oracle
• Experience with AWS and familiarity with Linux operating systems
