Application Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst specializing in the Freshworks ITSM platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide platform-level support and administration of the Freshworks ITSM environment
• Document business requirements, configure workflows, and administer the Freshworks platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders to test enhancements and create reports on ITSM performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in IT support or ITSM administration
• Hands-on experience with Freshworks or similar ITSM platforms
• Experience with workflow design and automation strongly preferred
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and service catalog design is a plus
