Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, configure, and provide daily support for the Enterprise System, performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting issues
  • Provide application support, troubleshoot complex issues, and escalate to vendors or developers as needed
  • Collaborate with development teams on Quality Assurance for system enhancements and new applications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in application and systems support
  • 2+ years of experience with programming languages such as .net, SQL, and C#
  • 2+ years of experience with Enterprise Software, preferably SaaS solutions
  • Experience with Dynamics GP and/or Salespad is a plus
