Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst to provide technical support to external customers using their solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line telephone technical support and troubleshoot customer issues
- Document customer interactions and manage case priorities using a case tracking system
- Collaborate with internal teams and escalate unresolved issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience or an advanced degree without experience
- Intermediate SQL skills and understanding of remote support tools
- Previous experience in software support or delivery preferred
- Customer service experience and troubleshooting experience are a plus
