Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst to provide technical support to external customers using their solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line telephone technical support and troubleshoot customer issues
  • Document customer interactions and manage case priorities using a case tracking system
  • Collaborate with internal teams and escalate unresolved issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience or an advanced degree without experience
  • Intermediate SQL skills and understanding of remote support tools
  • Previous experience in software support or delivery preferred
  • Customer service experience and troubleshooting experience are a plus
