Application Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst to provide backend application support and data troubleshooting for healthcare data and analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain CCL and Discern queries for analytics, reporting, and operational data extracts
• Analyze and troubleshoot backend data issues affecting revenue cycle and patient access workflows
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure data accuracy and support reporting initiatives using analytics tools

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Experience supporting MHS GENESIS and Oracle Cerner environments
• Hands-on experience with Cerner backend data structures and developing CCL queries
• Strong SQL development experience for analytics and reporting
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex healthcare system data issues
