Application Support Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst to provide operational and technical support for enterprise business applications in regulated clinical research environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues

- Support releases, enhancements, and UAT cycles
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years supporting or enhancing enterprise applications
- Understanding of SDLC principles and requirements-to-design translation
- Experience in regulated or controlled environments (healthcare/NIH preferred)
- Knowledge of basic DevOps concepts
