Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first tier support to application and engineering teams for various applications and technologies
- Responsible for system monitoring, maintenance, user support interactions, and client escalations
- Contribute to project work and documentation updates
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent IT experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in Help Desk roles
- Experience with desktop applications such as PuTTy, RDP, SQL, and Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in Help Desk, Application Support, or Enterprise IT Support roles
- Experience with Windows OS and Linux OS
