Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first tier support to application and engineering teams for various applications and technologies
  • Responsible for system monitoring, maintenance, user support interactions, and client escalations
  • Contribute to project work and documentation updates


Required Qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent IT experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in Help Desk roles
  • Experience with desktop applications such as PuTTy, RDP, SQL, and Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience in Help Desk, Application Support, or Enterprise IT Support roles
  • Experience with Windows OS and Linux OS
