Application Support Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting technology software products, the full-time Application Configuration Support II Analyst will configure, document, modify, test, and maintain applications while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance product usage, preferably in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Investigates and resolves issues related to technology software products or applications, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders
• Designs and documents configurations for moderately complex software products, leading reviews of both personal and colleagues' work
• Develops and executes test plans while managing requirements definition and prioritization for medium-sized initiatives

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of experience in a related field
• Experience with ServiceNow preferred
• Ability to obtain Epic or applicable certifications within 6 months of hire
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
