Job Summary
Providing high-quality software support, the full-time Application Support Analyst will analyze client issues, guide customers toward effective resolutions, and manage incoming cases in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional support by analyzing client issues and identifying root causes
- Manage incoming support cases and maintain clear communication with clients throughout the resolution process
- Educate clients on product functionality, features, and best practices to enhance their experience
Required qualifications
