Job Summary
To strengthen the support function between internal teams, the full-time remote Application Support Analyst will manage help desk triage, assist with data reporting, and document system knowledge while providing excellent customer service in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform initial triage of help desk issues, gathering logs and documenting tickets for senior engineers
- Support Client Services by interpreting data and maintaining reports using business intelligence tools
- Document CRM capabilities and processes, creating user guides and troubleshooting references to enhance knowledge management
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in IT, information systems, or analytics is a plus
- Previous experience in a help desk, technical support, or operations-support role preferred
- Exposure to business intelligence or reporting tools (e.g., Domo, Looker, Power BI) is strongly preferred
- Basic familiarity with querying or working with data (e.g., SQL) is a plus but not required
- Strong problem-solving mindset and excellent attention to detail
