Job Summary
Providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for enterprise business applications, the remote Application Support Analyst will troubleshoot issues, improve system performance, and ensure reliable application support for users and technical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot enterprise applications, resolving incidents and service requests
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend system improvements
- Coordinate application updates, testing, and deployments while managing user access and security permissions
Required qualifications
- 4+ years supporting enterprise applications
- Experience with SaaS and cloud-based platforms
- Working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft 365
- Experience with Entra ID and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
