Job Summary

Providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for enterprise business applications, the remote Application Support Analyst will troubleshoot issues, improve system performance, and ensure reliable application support for users and technical teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Support and troubleshoot enterprise applications, resolving incidents and service requests
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend system improvements
  • Coordinate application updates, testing, and deployments while managing user access and security permissions
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years supporting enterprise applications
  • Experience with SaaS and cloud-based platforms
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft 365
  • Experience with Entra ID and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
