Job Summary
To support business applications and systems, the full-time remote Application Support Analyst will analyze user requirements, implement solutions, and provide ongoing support while serving as a liaison between business groups and IT development.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of system-level application support and issue resolution
- Formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and analysis of business needs
- Create training documents and facilitate user training on new systems and process implementations
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in business, healthcare, or Information Technology; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in supporting a business function or shared IT service
- Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles
- Ability to write queries using SQL Server and/or Oracle SQL is a plus
- Experience working with a ticketing system preferred
