Application Support Analyst

Job Summary

To support business applications and systems, the full-time remote Application Support Analyst will analyze user requirements, implement solutions, and provide ongoing support while serving as a liaison between business groups and IT development.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of system-level application support and issue resolution
• Formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and analysis of business needs
• Create training documents and facilitate user training on new systems and process implementations

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in business, healthcare, or Information Technology; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in supporting a business function or shared IT service
• Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles
• Ability to write queries using SQL Server and/or Oracle SQL is a plus
• Experience working with a ticketing system preferred
