Job Summary
Providing exceptional support for software applications, the full-time Application Support Analyst will troubleshoot user issues, maintain organized records, and educate customers on product usage while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide front-line support for software applications via phone, email, or virtual screenshare
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software application issues, collaborating with users for efficient resolution
- Maintain organized records of customer requests and ensure effective case flow to neighboring departments
