Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst, Dealer Training & Productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee technical support for various learning and training platforms used by dealership network
Analyze platform usage data for trends and training opportunities
Develop comprehensive support resources, including guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting documentation

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, or related field
At least 2 years' experience in technical support, IT, or similar roles, with a preference for automotive industry backgrounds
