Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst, Dealer Training & Productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee technical support for various learning and training platforms used by dealership network
  • Analyze platform usage data for trends and training opportunities
  • Develop comprehensive support resources, including guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting documentation

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, or related field
  • At least 2 years' experience in technical support, IT, or similar roles, with a preference for automotive industry backgrounds
  • Collaborative skills in a dynamic team environment
  • Data analysis and basic scripting knowledge
  • Deep understanding of automotive sales processes and dealership operations is a plus
