Application Support Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Consultant (Norwegian speaking).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and support to customers using Time & Expenses
• Troubleshoot and identify root causes of customer issues
• Offer advice and guidance for optimal use of solutions

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in Norwegian and English
• Experience in customer service and support
• Strong technical understanding and troubleshooting skills
• Interest in general IT, preferably with knowledge of travel and time management
• Familiarity with SQL and APIs is highly beneficial
