Application Support Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Application Support Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Progress and resolve support cases while liaising with colleagues and R&D
• Investigate and document application defects, and identify service improvement opportunities
• Train and mentor less experienced team members while managing customer escalations

Required Qualifications

• Common knowledge of Microsoft technologies and IT infrastructure
• Exceptional customer-facing skills and experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize workload
• Experience working in a dual working environment
• Fluency in English; Dutch language knowledge is a plus
