Application Support Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Consultant (Dutch Speaking).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to customers, resolving IT and business application queries
• Investigate and document application defects, coordinating with internal teams as needed
• Train and mentor less experienced team members while identifying service improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Dutch
• Several years of experience with ERP systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and IT infrastructure
• Excellent SQL skills
• Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL knowledge preferred
