Job Summary
Providing technical support and development assistance for enterprise applications, the full-time remote Application Support Developer will deliver high-quality support, investigate application issues, and collaborate with development teams to enhance system functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver timely technical support for enterprise applications, addressing issues and inquiries from users
- Investigate and resolve application issues by identifying root causes and coordinating with development teams
- Log and manage support tickets, maintaining clear documentation throughout the resolution process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in software development, application support, or a related technical role
- Proficiency in constructing SQL queries and experience with T-SQL and stored procedures
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Experience developing or consuming web services (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)
