Application Support Development Associate

Job Summary

Partnering with Finance and technology teams, the full-time Associate, Application Support Development will evaluate complex business challenges and drive the delivery and enhancement of critical Finance applications while collaborating closely with engineering teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Understand business challenges and define technology solutions in collaboration with Finance and Technology stakeholders
• Analyze complex applications and data issues, coordinating resolutions with appropriate teams
• Support application incidents and production issues by liaising across Finance, engineering, and technology teams

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required; Master's Degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience with Java, JavaScript, API, and systems development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Strong knowledge of Finance applications, especially General Ledger, Regulatory Reporting, and Financial Reporting
• Technical experience in software development, system architecture, and application integrations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex data analysis and reconciliation
